From milestone celebrations and community events to corporate functions and private parties, Pitt Town Sports offers flexible spaces for gatherings of all kinds.

Our function room can accommodate up to 150 guests seated or 220 standing, while the outdoor terrace can host up to 50 guests seated or 75 standing.

For something a little different, Pitt Town Sports also has a large outdoor field ideal for outdoor events, sporting team functions, community days and larger-scale activities.

FAQ

  • Pitt Town Sports cater for a wide range of occasions, including birthdays, engagements, weddings, conferences, awards nights, wakes and celebrations of life, as well as more casual gatherings. 

  • Our function room can accommodate up to 150 guests seated or 220 standing. Our outdoor terrace can accommodate up to 50 guests seated or 75 standing. 

  • We offer a variety of catering styles including buffet packages, pizza and pasta buffets, canapés and finger food, alternate-serve sit-down menus, kids’ party menus and a dedicated Celebration of Life package. Minimum guest numbers vary depending on your chosen menu. 

  • Yes. A range of gluten-free, dairy-free and vegetarian options are available, and the Bistro 139 team will do their best to accommodate dietary requirements or special requests. Please discuss these with the team when planning your function. 

  • A 50% deposit is required seven days prior to your function, along with confirmation of final guest numbers. The remaining balance is payable on the day of the event prior to commencement. Room hire charges and beverage packages can also be discussed with the team when planning your function.
